![]() ![]() But I mean it's 2022, you're always going to have some of that shadiness taking place I guess. I have relied heavily on Rtings for the last year or so but they have recently come under a lot of scrutiny for some of their reviews and links to corporate donations. Okay, thank you, I will definitely take a closer look at it. Any suggestions would be welcomed, especially if they are from experience. I just want something that can come close to the claims of 4k gaming at 120hz (120fps) with HDMI 2.1 ports. I've never owned a 4k TV, but I do own a PS5 and have a Series X that will be arriving soon. I'm at a disadvantage due to the fact that I am ignorant with the current generations of TVs. And going solely by Amazon reviews, I've been told to avoid the U7H like the plague. Newer is definitely not always better in my experience. And in some cases seem to have more problems than their predecessors. The UH models seem to not be as well reviewed, at least in the research that I have done. I am not trying to pay more than $600-700 on a TV. I have read about their shortcomings, but from what most people have told me, if I want to overcome this, the only answer is to shell out a lot more cash. The UGs seem to be considered some of the best bang for your buck TVs on the market for this generation of console gaming. I struggle to find the U7G anywhere online. I was pretty sold on it, the price was right on Amazon, good return window and warranty, but overnight the UG series has seemed to be replaced with the UH series 2022 models. I recently made a post asking questions about the 55U7G. ![]()
